Tamil Blog Contest 1. There will be three categories:
2. Language: 2.1. All blogs must be created in Tamil (using Unicode).
3. Subjects: 3.1. A Category 3.1.1 Social, Cultural or Educational Issues affecting Singapore Indians; 3.2 B Category 3.2.1 The Need to Promote IT amongst Tamils. 3.2.2 The Future of the Tamil Language in Singapore; "USE it or LOSE it"
3.3 C Category 3.3.1 About Me or My Family 3.3.2 My Home 3.3.2 Why I must learn Tamil Language
4. Size: Each blog must not be more than three A4 sized pages. One contestant is allowed to create a maximum 3 blogs (minimum 1) at Community Blog (visit http://stits.21publish.com for samples) Contestants are encouraged to make sure their submissions are concise, relevant and prevent them from being unwieldy. Contents must be original. Copying from elsewhere will not be allowed. Blogs that contain racist, sexist will not be allowed. 5. Registration: Contestants have to register their name and other particulars at http://www.stits.org.sg/contest.htm 6. The Judges will consider the contents of the blog, designs, pictures (if any) of the blog to award prizes. Briefings and workshop might be conducted at designated Schools, CCs, Temples, Clubs and/or online. The Judges' decision is final.
